Orders on hold settings
Use this tab to pause fulfillment while address issues are unresolved.How to configure
- Open Settings.
- Open Orders on hold.
- Turn hold behavior on.
- Choose whether to set hold on unresolved issues.
- Choose whether to auto-release after correction.
- Define your hold reasons.
- Click Save settings.

This works best together with post-checkout validation, because post-checkout determines unresolved issue state.
