Orders on hold settings

Use this tab to pause fulfillment while address issues are unresolved.

How to configure

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Open Orders on hold.
  3. Turn hold behavior on.
  4. Choose whether to set hold on unresolved issues.
  5. Choose whether to auto-release after correction.
  6. Define your hold reasons.
  7. Click Save settings.
