Packing stations / PO boxes settings

Use this tab when you need to detect or block PO box style destinations.

How to enable

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Open Packing stations / PO Boxes.
  3. Turn on detection.
  4. Configure where to block:
    • in-checkout
    • post-checkout
  5. Add your custom keyword names.
  6. Click Save settings.

Main controls

  • Block packing stations in in-checkout validation
  • If detected in checkout: warning or block
  • Block packing stations in post-checkout validation
  • Packing station / PO Box names: your keyword list
  • Extra lines to scan:
    • Address line 2
    • Company
Address line 1 and city are always scanned.

How do I block packstations in checkout?

Enable packstation detection, then turn on in-checkout blocking and choose block mode.

Can I use custom packstation keywords?

Yes, add your own keywords in the name list.

Why would I scan Address line 2 and Company?

Customers often place PO box or post number details in those fields.
